Quick and easy
Checking in and out at our self-service terminals, a bit like those at airports, is an uncomplicated procedure as you have already paid for your room when making your reservation. Our staff are on hand to assist if you experience any difficulties.
Check-in:
The room is available from 3:00 PM. To check-in please use the Express check-in terminals in the lobby.
Check out:
Check-out must take place before 11:00 AM. Please insert the key card in one of the lobby terminal at departure.
Book online and save from DKK 100
Booking by phone directly with the hotel or via the Arp-Hansen Group’s central booking facility carries a service charge of DKK 100.
