Wakeup Copenhagen is a newly built hotel, designed by the acclaimed architect Kim Utzon. The design is typical minimalistic Scandinavian design with a cool black façade and the modern and cool look is continued inside the hotel lobby and in the rooms.

The rooms are all equipped with A/C, flat screen TV and free WiFi, and all rooms have a nice and modern bathroom.

Wakeup Copenhagen is a 2-star hotel but the standard in the rooms can easily live up to some of Copenhagen’s 3- or 4-star hotels. Basically Wakeup Copenhagen is a great but cheap hotel.

Wakeup Copenhagen is located by the Copenhagen waterfront – just a few minutes’ walk from the town square.

Wakeup Copenhagen is a great home base in Copenhagen and with its central location, it enables you to experience the city in its entire splendor. Visit the amusement park Tivoli, the shopping street Strøget or one of the city’s many museums.

The trendy nearby neighborhood Vesterbro is also an area worth exploring. Vesterbro is a very young and hip neighborhood with many cafés, restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities.
