The cancellation and payment terms of the current reservation are stated when booking, as well as in the confirmation, which you receive after making a booking.

Please note that some reservations cannot be cancelled, refunded or changed.

Check-in

At check-in, all guests must present a valid photo ID. If this cannot be presented, the reception reserves the right to refuse guests.

The room is at your disposal from 3PM on the day of arrival until 11AM on the day of departure. If the departure time is not observed, the hotel reserves the right to charge you for the room rate according to current rack rate.

If you choose not to check in on the arrival date, we'll withdraw your right to use the room on the remaining nights you have booked.

Do you want to make use of the reservation after the original arrival date, it is your own responsibility to contact the hotel no later than the date of originally planned check-in. This must be in writing (via email) and applies to all reservations.

Payment

Currency other than Danish kroner (DKK), which is shown on the website, is only indicative - all purchases are made in Danish kroner. All rates are listed per room per night, including service and 25% V.A.T.

All prices quoted on the website are based on individual reservations. If booking 10 or more rooms at one time, for same period of time, the hotel will consider it a group, and group terms and condition will apply. This will include a change of prices and general conditions, cancellation and payment conditions. The hotel will send a group contract to be signed by the customer for final confirmation.

An administration fee of DKK 50,- is levied for issuing the invoice, when invoicing has been agreed upon with the hotel.

Guests under 18 years are required to be accompanied by a person of legal age for accommodation at the hotel.

It is important for us that you are content. Always contact the hotel reception which will help to clarify any misunderstandings. If we fail find a solution, you can contact the Complaints Board for Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism through hrt-ankenaevn.dk/english/ or through ec.europa.eu/odr.

Cancellation of booking

Cancellations must be made via our website. In the event that you are trying to cancel your booking later than the conditions allow, you will be informed of this. The credit card given will then be charged in accordance with the cancellation terms of the reservation.

You will receive a confirmation of cancellation via the email address specified. This confirmation is your guarantee that the room has been cancelled.

The agreed rates are based on the information that you have provided at time of booking. If, prior to or during your stay, there is a change to the arrival or departure time, the number of people staying or the like, the hotel reserves the right to change the agreed rates.
