When are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until the following morning. Please contact the reception if you expect to arrive later than 2:00 AM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in may be available for an additional fee depending on availability. Please ask at reception upon arrival. You can also check in online before arrival. Online check-in opens 2 days before arrival and is handled via the AeroGuest app, which can also be used as a digital room key.

You have several options: check in at one of our staffed counters in the lobby or skip the queue by using one of our self-service check-in screens in the lobby.

Can guests under 18 stay at Wakeup Copenhagen without an adult?

No, guests under 18 must always be accompanied by an adult during their stay at the hotel.

Can I store my luggage?

Yes, at Wakeup Copenhagen you can store your luggage in lockers available in both small and large sizes. Smaller lockers are suitable for cabin bags, and the price depends on the size of the locker. Payment is made by credit card directly at the terminal. Cash is not accepted, and receipts are not available.

How often is the room cleaned during longer stays?

That is up to you. If you would like daily cleaning or fresh towels, please inform reception before 10:00 PM the day before. Rooms are automatically cleaned on the 4th day. This allows you to tailor your stay to your preferences.

Yes, you can rent a baby cot at reception for DKK 100 per night. We recommend contacting the hotel in advance to reserve one.

Yes, all our rooms are equipped with a TV with both Danish and international channels.

How do I get the lowest price for my stay?

To get the best price, book directly on our website. The ECONOMY rate is our lowest price. It must be prepaid and cannot be cancelled or changed. Please review your reservation carefully before completing your booking.

Can I cancel my booking?

If you want flexibility, choose our FLEXIBLE rates. These can be cancelled or changed until 12:00 PM on the day of arrival. The booking must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.

Is it more expensive if I do not book online?

Yes, bookings made by phone or at reception include a service fee of DKK 100. This fee covers the additional service provided for manual bookings. Wakeup Copenhagen operates as a low-cost concept to keep prices down. By booking directly online, you avoid this fee. Bookings made by phone or at reception can still be cancelled or changed until 12:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Yes, bikes are available for rent at all our hotels. The bike is yours from the time you rent it until midnight. Bikes cannot be reserved in advance and must be rented at reception upon arrival. The price is DKK 150 per day, and DKK 125 per day at Wakeup Aarhus.

Can an extra person stay in the room?

Single rooms are for one person only. If you would like an additional guest, you can upgrade to a double room for DKK 100 per night. This can be arranged at check-in and does not require advance booking. Double rooms include two duvets and two pillows.

Can I buy food and drinks at the hotel?

Yes, our lobby café is open 24 hours a day. You can purchase beer, wine, cocktails, coffee, sandwiches, snacks, yoghurt, cake and other items.

Do the rooms have a minibar?

No, our rooms do not have a minibar. Our 24-hour café in the lobby offers a wide selection of drinks and snacks.

Is breakfast available at the hotel?

Yes, we offer a breakfast buffet for DKK 95 per person and DKK 50 for children under 12. The buffet includes pastries, coffee, tea, cold cuts, eggs, jam, cheese, cereal, yoghurt and fruit. Opening hours are Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM and weekends and holidays from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM.

Is there a restaurant serving dinner?

We do not serve dinner at our hotels, but our café offers snacks and drinks throughout the day.

Can I order food from outside?

Yes, you are welcome to order food from outside and enjoy it in your room. Cutlery is available at reception.
