A walk along the quay in the old harbor district Nyhavn is, regardless of the weather, an experience in a class of its own and something you simply have to see. In the historic, colorful buildings, which has housed the famous writer H. C. 5. Vor Frelsers Kirke

The iconic tower at Christianshavn with the twisted spire is definitely worth a visit - if you do not suffer from fear of heights. There are no less than 400 steps to the top of the tower, but once you get up there you will also find Copenhagen's best view.
